rose to fame as a cast member of 'Saturday Night Live,' before appearing in
such big-screen comedies like 'Elf', 'Anchorman and "Talladega Nights.'
Will Ferrell was born in Irvine in 1967. He began his career in comedy as a
member the Los Angeles-based group The Groundlings. His seven-year-long stint
as Saturday Night Live's cast member made him one of the biggest comedy stars
in the film industry. He was famous for his off-color films such as Anchorman
The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004) and Old School (2003). Ferrell was a
co-founder of Funny or Die, a popular video streaming website. He also enjoyed
success as an actor voiceover in animated films like Megamind (2010). John
William Ferrell was created on July 16, 1967, in Irvine (California). Will
Ferrell is the eldest child of Righteous Brothers keyboardist Lee Ferrell (and
Kay Ferrell), but he wasn't an ideal class clown when he was at University High
School. He was quiet and studious, but he chose to be a football player and set
a school record for the most field goals made. Ferrell was a quiet man living
in suburbia. he didn't display the same outrageous or humorous behavior that
would define his career.
